After purchasing the patch packs, they are visible in the Tracktion download manager (TDM).

In order for patches to be properly installed the patches installer must be visible so that you can select to choose to install the patches for either Hyperion, Theia or both.

Disable/uncheck ‘Install when download completes’ in the TDM to make sure the installer will be visible when it is run.

Un-check the ‘Install when download completes’ option to be sure to see the installer window.

You need to be able to see the content installer window to select which target locations to install to - Hyperion, Theia or both - the default setting is neither, so the automatic background installation of the TDM won’t end up installing the patches correctly.

You can also directly launch the patch pack installers from your downloaded files folder once TDM has downloaded them if you prefer to do it that way.
